Case Study - Homes to See Before You Buy – Warner Lakes, Peet Limited
The Homes to See Before You Buy brand was created as a vehicle to promote the new display village at Peet Limited's Warner Lakes estate just north of Brisbane. The campaign illustrates that the new display village offers ideas, inspiration and is a must see before purchasing your next home.
The new display village, set to open with a family fun day event on the 23rd January 2010, will showcase 18 homes from a number of builders and will encompass different building styles to suit a variety of families and blocks. The display village will also showcase a range of landscaping packages on offer.

Case Study - RMA Property Group Re-brand
Portfolio worked with Brisbane based property group, RMA, whose identity needed a complete overhaul to better reflect the fundamental shift in their product offering.
RMA is innovative and proactive with the services they offer clients and wanted their identity to reflect their modern approach to the business.
The ensuing identity was contemporary, crisp and clean, while the bright green ensured the colour palette would be bold enough for signage applications.
Further application of the new logo and colours included a stationery suite and website (designed and built by Portfolio) which was launched in late October 2009. Take a look at the RMA Property Group website
Case Study - Chermside Building Centre
Known in the trade as a quality supplier of industry-grade building and landscaping supplies, Chermside Building Centre wanted to expand their target market to include DIY customers.
Following a complete rebranding exercise completed by Portfolio, the simple addition of some well-designed signs on adjacent roads, as well as the building façade, saw customer visits increase overnight.
The boldest design statement however, was painting the Centre's three tipper-trucks the new corporate green. The trucks have acted as moving billboards, travelling throughout neighbouring Brisbane suburbs each day.
Customer footfall has increased dramatically at the Centre, with people flocking to the store just to have a browse, and many commenting on the re-branded trucks they’ve seen on the roads.
Portfolio is now in the final stages of Chermside Building Centre’s sales-floor signage implementation. This will help customers to better navigate their way around the Centre while bringing colour and order to the customer sales experience.
Case Study - Ascot Chase Sales Centre
Real estate surrounding Melbourne’s city centre is currently HOT and in high demand. To ensure maximum market penetration and impact, Urbex needed a Sales Centre to match; slick, stylish and urban - all while on a budget.
Although only 10m x 3.6m in size, Portfolio designed a captivating sales space that is open, welcoming and informative. Product information is presented using simple colour coding, which is not only visually appealing, but also easy to understand.
The use of ceiling graphics provided a quirky solution to the lack of wall space and became an effective and interesting way to integrate the advertising campaign into the sales area.
With its striking bronze pillars and sophisticated building signage, the Ascot Chase Sales Centre achieved the desired results; calls from prospective buyers increased dramatically before the Sales Centre was even opened to the public, and have not slowed since.
Case Study - The Rock Building Society Annual Report 2008/09
Portfolio undertook the Annual Report for Rockhampton based financial institution, The Rock Building Society, again this year.
A strong emphasis was placed on friendly, approachable imagery – particularly of the management team and board of directors – and community stories; a clean cover design and strong layouts for the financials balanced this.
The brief was for the report to reinforce a feeling of security and strength, while staying true to The Rock's community-oriented business ethos. The result was a modern report, finished to a very high standard, which fully reflected The Rock's identity and business style, and their strength during the 2008/09 financial year.
